A very thin sheet of water covers this land (<10 feet) resulting in structures that have their bases covered in water, when valuable materials such as credit deposits were found under the water drainage operations started taking place. Buildings were made to block out water and to continually pump the water out in order to make mines feasible. The water in a show of wealth is often expelled out through the roof and onto other buildings in a practice that prior to the scarring had yet to be outlawed.
